Pretty simple..
You are provided with a dashboard like the one above that gives you a complete picture of your Instagram campaigns. A campaign lets you set the keyword that will trigger a DM.
So, for instance, you sell products and offer a certain percentage discount. You ask your followers to comment DISCOUNT to avail themselves of the deal. Someone leaves a comment like the one below:
And he/she instantly gets a DM like below:
Things don’t end here. An AI-based sentiment analysis feature is also provided that gives you an idea of whether people are liking your posts or not. In the future, I plan to add a module that will suggest your next post based on user feedback.
This is a self-hosted tool, meaning it is deployed on your server and gives you full control over it. There is no need to pay a monthly fee to platforms like ManyChat and others just for this. It’s a trimmed-down version of what ManyChat and similar tools offer.
